Our History
Church Volunteers in Mission ministry started in 2016 but was fully registered with the Kenya government on January 11th, 2024. Located in Homa Bay County, Mbita Town in the Southern Nyanza area, our ministry focuses on serving rural communities with unwavering dedication.
What began as church leaders training, prison outreach, and schools ministry has grown into a comprehensive support system for home-based orphans, vulnerable children, widows, and community healthcare initiatives including water purification and housing for the poor.
Our ministry benefits populations from the Islands and lake regions of Kenya, bringing hope and practical support to those who need it most through the power of prayer and community action.
Our Mission

children, and providing them with affordable health care services.

What We Do
Comprehensive programs designed to address the fundamental needs of our community
Housing Program
Our house building charitable program addresses the shortage of housing for child-headed families, widows, and vulnerable people. We aim to provide comfortable, flood-resistant homes for those in need.
Status: Seeking funding to restart this vital program
Educational Center
We're developing a full educational center to ensure rescued children and vulnerable community members access their right to education. The center will offer CBC syllabus from play groups to grade 6.

Leadership Program
Our dynamic leadership program trains church leaders and spreads the message of hope, love, and salvation through Jesus Christ's teachings. We focus on community engagement and spiritual growth.
